Python append to text file (Python 3)

Python append to text file

This is how you append data to a text file.

  1. First, we open the file and write a couple of lines using the write file mode 'w'.
  2. Next, we open it again to append some more lines using the append file mode 'a'
  3. Finally, we use the default file mode, which is read or 'r', to read and print the contents
